River Rafting – Urubamba River 1 day
We will do this tour on the Sacred River of the Inkas (Urubamba River), we will enjoy the adventure, also we'll see lovely landscapes, and enjoy the good climate of the Sacred Valley.
Itinerary
Day 1: Cusco – Urubamba – Cusco
At 9:00 am. We will travel by bus towards the Sacred Valley of the Inkas until arrive to the starting point of the tour on the Urubamba River (Vilcanota). Our guide will give us instructions and a short learning session. Then we will adventure downriver for 2 to 3 hours running rapids of class I, II and III until the finishing point. We will have lunch, after we will return to Cusco approximately at 17:00 pm.
- Duration: 8 hours (from 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm.)

- Ollantaytambo: Class II, III (operable from April to December).
- Quiquijana: Class III, IV (operable from December to April).
- Chuquicahuana: Class III, IV, V (operable from December to April).
Degree of difficulty:
- I-II Difficulty: Easy without risk, something exciting.
- Difficulty II-IV: Good and exciting, with some risk.
- V Difficulty: Very exciting and risky, it takes a further safety boat, can be a kayak or boat.
