DAY 01: ARRIVAL TO LIMA

Assistance on your arrival in Lima and transfer to hotel. Free time to rest.

DAY 02: LIMA / PARACAS / ICA (B)

03:00 Am. Pick up at the hotel for transfer to the bus terminal.

03:30 AM. Departure to the city of Paracas in the Transport Company Cruz del Sur.

07:30 AM. Arrival in Paracas and transfer to the pier.

08:00 AM. BALLESTAS ISLANDS

Excursion to the Paracas Peninsula, the sanctuary’s most important wildlife of the Peruvian coast. Boat ride to the Ballestas Islands in the Paracas National Reserve, where we can observe sea lions, pelicans, penguins and other seabirds. Upon return we will have the opportunity to see the “Candelabra”, a giant figure in the style of the Nazca Lines made in the sand. Free time to take pictures of the sea lions, seals and seabirds. Return.

10:30 AM. Departure to the city of Ica in the Transport Company Cruz del Sur.

11:30 Am. Reception in Ica.

Transfer to the office, short break.

P.M. ICA CITY TOUR

We will visit the following places: The Cathedral of the city of Ica, Regional Museum, some winegrowers and the Huacachina Lagoon, traditional resting place for the locals, the lake is an oasis in the desert, forming a splendid landscape of dunes, palm trees.

DAY 03: ICA / NAZCA / LIMA (B)

08:45 Am: Pick up at the hotel and transfer to the bus station.

09:05 Am. Departure to the city of Nazca in the Transport Company Cruz del Sur.

11:15 Am. Arrival in Nazca and transfer to the airport where we will have an introductory video of the Nazca Lines.

OVERFLIGHT THE NAZCA LINES

We will board a plane to fly over the mysterious Nazca Lines; which they are enormous lines drawings of animals, birds and geometric figures etched in the desert, which can only be appreciated from the air.

16:30: pm. Departure to the city of Lima in the transport company Cruz del Sur

DAY 04: LIMA / CUSCO (B)

Am. Pick up at the hotel and transfer to the Lima airport.

Am. Arrival in Cusco.

Reception and transfer to the hotel, welcome with a coca tea.

Free day to acclimatize to the altitude 3,350 m.a.s.l.

DAY 05: CUSCO / CITY TOUR (B)

CITY TOUR + NEARBY RUINS

Between 13:00 and 13:20 hours pick up the passengers at the hotels, then we will start visiting the city and nearby ruins: the tour will show us the amazing colonial city built on Inca bases; the cathedral, Renaissance structure with fine paintings “Cusco School”; and the Koricancha or Sun Temple.

We will continue visiting the four ruins near Cusco: Sacsayhuaman (Great fortress located 5 km from the city), QENQO (sacred amphitheater and center of worship the God Puma, where human sacrifices were made), PUCAPUCARA and TAMBOMACHAY (temple to worship the water). Return to the hotel.

DAY 06: SACRED VALLEY TOUR – AGUAS CALIENTES TOWN (B-L)

Pick up at the hotel at 08:00 am. to start the Sacred Valley tour, we will visit the archaeological site of Pisac and then the Town of Pisac, a picturesque village, after we will visit on the way the Towns of Ccoya, Lamay, Calca and Urubamba, in the last place we will have a buffet lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the village of Ollantaytambo, where we will see the Archaeological Park of Ollantaytambo, it was a gigantic complex in the time of the Incas. After that we will take the train to the Town of Aguas Calientes. Reception and transfer to the Hotel.

DAY 07: FULL DAY MACHUPICCHU (B)

In the morning after breakfast transfer to the bus station, there we will take the bus to the Lost City of the Incas, “Machu Picchu”, where we will enjoy a guided tour of the main buildings of the citadel as El Mirador, Temple of the Three Windows, the Intihuatana, the Main Plaza, etc. This visit will allow us to appreciate the high level of development of andean civilization through the Incas.

P.m. Return to Aguas Calientes by bus.

P.m. Take the train to Cusco.

Arrival in Cusco and transfer to the hotel.

DAY 08: CUSCO / AREQUIPA (B)

Am. Pick up at the hotel and transfer to the Lima airport.

Am. Arrival in Cusco.

Reception and transfer to the hotel, welcome with a coca tea.

DAY 09: AREQUIPA – CHIVAY

06:00 AM. Arrival in Arequipa.

Reception and transfer to the office, you will have time for breakfast.

08:00 AM. Start of the tour, you will have the opportunity to appreciate the world’s deepest canyon – Colca Canyon, you will appreciate a display of great scenic beauty and enormous cultural appeal. During the tour you will see the picturesque village of Yura, the Chachani mountain, the Misti Volcano, the Cañahuas Pampas where we will see vicunas in their natural habitat, the Town of Vischachani, the Pulpera Callalli, Sibayo and Chivay where we will visit the market and church.

DAY 10: CHIVAY – VIEWPOINT – PUNO (B)

After breakfast we will visit the towns of Yanque, Puente Cervantes, Achoma, Lari and Cruz del Condor, this last place has a natural viewpoint from which you can observe the majestic flight of the condor, in the case that can not be seen, we will go to the viewpoint of Tapay. Return to Chivay.

1:00 PM Departure to Puno.

18:30 PM. Reception and transfer to hotel.

DAY 11: PUNO / UROS / AMANTANI (B-L-D)

After breakfast pick up at the hotel in Puno to go to the port and board a motorized boat, after 30 minutes, we will arrive to the beautiful floating islands of the Uros, we will visit the different islands, then we will continue the trip towards Amantani Island, in this place passengers are installed in family homes. Time to have lunch. In the afternoon we will share experiences with the Islanders, who despite time and modernity, retain their dress and ancestral customs. Dinner.

DAY 12: AMANTANI / TAQUILE / PUNO (B-L)

After breakfast we will depart to Taquile Island; at the port will begin a walk of 40 minutes, we will cross roads and bleachers to the village, then we will visit the various tourist attractions that has this typical island, we will appreciate the exhibition of handicrafts. We will have time for lunch and then return to the city of Puno, we will arrive at 17:00 hours. Night stay.

DAY 13: PUNO / LIMA (B)

Am: Transfer to Juliaca airport.

Am: Departure to Lima.

Am: Arrival in Lima, reception and transfer to hotel in Lima.

14:20 HRS. Pick you up from hotel to start LIMA CITY TOUR.

ANCESTRAL LIMA: We will begin our tour with a panoramic view of the “Pyramid Pucllana” magnificent ceremonial and archeological center built in the fourth century A.C. and considered “holy people” by the Incas.

COLONIAL LIMA: We will visit the Historic Center of Lima, where you will appreciate more than fifty monuments and colonial buildings, highlighting the Paseo de la Republica, San Martin Square, Plaza Mayor, the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Basilica Cathedral, City Hall among others.

We will visit the MUSEUM OF CENTRAL RESERVE BANK *, where you will appreciate the “Collection Treasures of Peru”, a fine selection of gold objects, ceramics and textiles of various pre-Columbian cultures. Further it appreciates the MONUMENTAL SET OF SAN FRANCISCO, which is the largest sample of colonial religious art in America, which highlights the visit to its underground crypts known as “Catacombs”.

CONTEMPORARY LIMA: We will know the most traditional residential areas of Lima, El Olivar de San Isidro, Miraflores and Larcomar.

18:30 hrs: Return to the hotel.
