General conditions

Prices:

The prices are expressed in American Dollars and per person. The prices can be changed (only when the suppliers change the cost of the services). Rates valid for 2009.

Itinerario:

INKA'S PEAK TRAVEL can do changes or modify your activities order due to climate conditions, arriving times, airplane and bus departure or other important reasons (in coordination with the passengers). It's for a better tour organization.

Reservas:

You can do the reservations by e-mail inkaspeaktravel@hotmail.com o info@inkaspeaktravel.com It's Important to do the reservations in advance and please send us the follow information:

• Name.
• Nationality.
• Arrive and departure flight.
• Hotel name.
• Program requested.
• Other services.

To confirm the reservation you have to deposit the 50 % of the total amount of the service. If you don't confirm sending the pre payment, the reservation will be canceled 30 days before you arrive.

No-Show:

Our clients can CANCEL the reservations when they consider it necessary, you only have to send us an e-mail considering the following rules:

• If you cancel the book 10 days or minor on calendar time before to do the program, it doesn't have any refund.
• If you cancel the book 11 - 20 days on calendar time, before to do the program we will refund the 25% of the pre payment.
• If you cancel the book 21 - 30 days on calendar time, before to do the program we will refund the 40% of the pre payment.
• If you cancel the book 31 o more days on calendar time, before to do the program we will refund the 70% of the pre payment.

NOTE: For the special case of Inka Trail, if you cancel the book 30 days or minor on calendar time before to do the program it doesn't have any refund. If you cancel the book 31 o more days on calendar time before to do the program we will refund the 50% of the pre payment.

Responsibility:

Our company works as a travels organizer company in agreement our clients request, organizing hotels, restaurants, transport, flights, tours and other tourist services using their names and so we don't assume responsibilities for accidents, damages, interference during the services.
