Itinerary.

Day 1: Cusco

Reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel. We will give you the information about the tours. You will have a free day. You can rest or walk around the city.

Day 2: Sacred Valley of the Inkas

We will pick you up from your hotel at 8:30 am. We are going to visit the spectacular Sacred Valley. First we will see a fascinating Inka market at Pisaq which is a good place to buy gifts. Then we will visit the spectacular ruins of Pisaq. We will pass for different sites like Coya, Lamay, Calca, Urubamba, in this place we will have a delicious lunch. After lunch we will visit the fascinating ruins of Ollantaytambo Archaeological site which is a real sample of Inca Architecture. On the way back to Cusco we will visit Chinchero Village and enter to San Pedro Church. We will end the tour in the main square of Cusco. Transfer to the Hotel.

Day 3: Cusco - Huayllabamba (Camino Inka)

In the morning at 6:00 am. we will pick you up at your hotel and we'll travel by bus to km 82 the starting point of the trek. Here we will meet the porters and our cook. Today we'll walk 15 km. approximately enjoying beautiful scenery and views of the mountains along this amazing Inca trail. we'll see the magnificent snow capped Mount Veronica (5,682 m.a.s.l.). In the afternoon we'll camp at Huayllabamba.

Day 4: Huayllabamba - Pacaymayo (Inka Trail)

After breakfast we'll continue walking towards the first pass the Dead Women’s Pass (Warmiwañusca 4,200 m.a.s.l.) he highest point of the trek where there is a spectacular view of the valley below. On the route we'll see different native plants and strange animals. Then the trail descends to the beautiful Pacaymayo Valley. We will camp along the Pacaymayo River at the bottom of the pass.

Day 5: Pacaymayo - Wiñayhuayna (Inka Trail)

After a delicious breakfast, we will continue the hike towards Runku Rakay, the second pass (3,800 m.a.s.l). Then we will descend to Sayacmarca, a beautiful Temple on the Inca Trail. Also we'll have a splendid view of the snow capped mountains. We will have the lunch. We will spend the night near the ruins of Wiñayhuayna. we'll have dinner. In this place you can buy cookies, candies, beers.

Day 6: Wiñayhuayna - Machupicchu - Cusco

Today we'll begin early and walk towards the sun gate (Intipunku) from where we'll see spectacular views of Machupicchu opening up to us through the clouds. Then we'll continue to Machupicchu to watch the sunrise and spend two hours there the guide will explain the significance of important sites within the lost city of the Inkas. In the afternoon we'll go to Aguas Calientes Town for lunch and take the train back to Ollantaytambo and take the bus to Cusco.

Day 7: Cusco - Puno

After breakfast we will take the bus to Puno. On the rout we will visit some archaeological sites located on the south. We´ll have a delicious lunch. We will arrive to Puno in the night. Spend the night in a Hotel in Puno.

Day 8: Puno - Uros - Amantani Island

In the morning we will pick you up at your hotel in Puno and we will go to the port to take you on a motor boat excursion on the waters of Lake Titicaca. After 30 minutes we will see and visit the unique floating Island of the Uros which is inhabited by many families. They use the cattail, a type of bush which grows in the lake to create conditions that ensure that the island stays afloat. Then we will continue to Amantani Island, where we will have lunch. We will spend the night and have dinner at the house of a local family to enjoy the hospitality of a typical Amantani home.

Day 9: Amantani Island - Taquile - Puno.

After breakfast we will continue towards Taquile Island, we will walk for 40 minutes until arrive to the Town, we'll visit different traditional sites there. Later in the afternoon we will return to Puno at 05:00 pm. approximately.

Day 10: Departure day.

After breakfast transfer to the bus station (terminal de bus).
